We had an amazing stay at this home in Houston! The location was perfect everywhere we needed to go was only about 5–10 minutes away, which made our trip so convenient. The home itself was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable for our family. We were in Houston celebrating my daughter’s college graduation, and this home truly felt like a home away from home. There was more than enough space for everyone, and we especially loved the rooftop area on the fourth floor. It created the perfect atmosphere for our family celebration weekend. The host was very responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. We truly appreciated the hospitality and communication. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we visit Houston and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful and welcoming place to stay!

I had a great experience with Cozy Comfort Rentals. The house was very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable from the moment I arrived. The house is spacious, located in a quiet and safe area, very closed to grocery, restaurants and all tourist attractions. The rooftop view is so beautiful, fantastic for evening drinks and BBQ. Joseph was very responsive, kindly let us check in early. We highly recommend this place and will definitely book again.

My stay was GREAT ! The location was near everything we had planned. Most downtown or third ward locations were 6-15 mins from the house. The house was clean , and well maintained, and secured. The neighborhood doesn’t look the best but it’s very quiet and they have a neighborhood pet ( a rooster ) you’ll hear through it out the day. We all thought it was hilarious to see a rooster just rooming the area. But , overall I would stay here any time I come to Houston. Thank you all again for the great hospitality. Aaron

I had an incredible stay at this beautiful townhouse in Houston! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The home was spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully prepared, making it feel warm and welcoming right away. Every detail—big and small—was clearly designed with comfort in mind. The location was perfect: quiet and safe, yet close to great restaurants, shops, and everything I needed during my trip. The townhouse itself was spacious, well-appointed, and had all the conveniences of home. I especially appreciated how easy check‑in was and how responsive and gracious the host was throughout my stay. The host went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable.

Beautiful, modern, and very clean home in a great location. The price was excellent for the amount of space—plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable. Everything was just as described, and the stay was smooth from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend this place and would stay again. Great LOCATION!
